Newforest Retreat is a 32-bed retreat centre located 90km north from downtown Toronto on a hundred-acre site in the Hockley Hills. Nature and wildlife abound on this remote and secluded piece of the Niagara Escarpment World Biosphere Reserve. Explore the trails, cozy up by a fire, or take a dip in one of the pools. Our facilities include sleeping accommodations for over 30 people in combinations of twin and double rooms, a commercial kitchen with comfortable buffet dining, a large recently-renovated century-log barn with meeting facilities, indoor pool, in-ground hot-tub, massage rooms, library/sitting room and an outdoor lighted tennis court. We can serve up to 40 people in our dining room with three vegetarian or traditional meals per day.
